Our community of Cuban dancers, musicians and artists will become your “cultural guides” for your workshops, performances, tours and exchanges... opening your eyes to unexpected discoveries.

With simultaneous programs for beginner to advanced/professional levels, each traveler has the opportunity to make large strides towards their artistic goals in a short period of time, and build lasting relationships with experienced instructors from this country that is internationally renowned for its dance and music!

These two options support travelers with different types of goals. Both include amazing workshops, performances and cultural activities… but one is more focused on the dance training, while the other is broader in its scope.

Your program includes a full-time schedule (6 - 8 hours/day) that fulfills US travel regulations, including workshops, performances & additional cultural activities.

Dance Intensive

If you're seeking intensive training opportunities... this is the program option for you! Connect to the Cuban dance community and build friendships with people who are as passionate about dance as you are, all while building your skills! In addition to high quality dance workshops, you will also witness amazing performances, see the city from a dancer’s perspective, and learn more about the music and the history!

Cuba Connections

Designed for the artist, the traveler, and cultural enthusiast alike, this program will enable you to have a wide variety of experiences in the amazing world of Cuban art and culture, but with a special focus on dance, music and history. Some activities take place in a class setting, some as site visits, and others take you off-the-beaten path, for unique adventures in nature and to the streets of Havana. Connect to Cuba and its artists in a way you never knew possible!

Once you register, we take the time to learn more about your goals and preferences so that you can enjoy your time on the island to the fullest!

Start to think about some of the questions below & help shape the remainder of your program

1) Tell us about your past dance training, and the the types of learning environments you enjoy

2) What are your current dance goals, and what you are hoping to learn on this trip?

3) What would you like to learn about outside of dance? (music, history, culture, health, other)

4) Would you like to teach or perform while you are there?

5) In what ways might you like to help or give back? (i.e. helping people practice English, sharing music or videos that you love, bringing supplies that artists or youth programs need, etc)

Using this information, we are able to help each of our travelers have a unique personal experience, at the same time as they are part of a special GROUP experience that it is impossible to have on your own... The best of both worlds!

PROGRAM DETAILS - WHAT'S INCLUDED

Shared Accommodations in a Casa Particular*

Single supplement available upon request
If you are travelling solo but would like a roommate to save on costs, roommate matching may be available, but is not guaranteed.
In the case a roommate match is not available, the single supplement of $400 will be applied to the final invoice

ACCOMMODATION

Breakfast daily PLUS two additional group meals throughout the week

For meals NOT included in the package, our team will be able to provide recommendations for dining options.

TRANSPORTATION

Included in taxi or van to in-schedule program activities where appropriate

Can be arranged for out-of-program activities at an additional cost
Airport pick-up is not included due to current Cuban regulations. Fortunately, taking a taxi is quite easy and safe! We will instruct you on how to arrive at your accommodations as you get closer to your date of departure.
